About Chicago Sports Wire
Chicago Sports Wire is part of the Sports Wire Network — a family of regional sites built around a simple idea: fans deserve fast, honest answers about their teams without fighting through pop-ups, autoplay video, or betting ads to get them.

Two things. First, our utility pages — schedules, standings, game-night and last-game pages, watch guides — are generated from official league data and refreshed continuously, so the answer you get is the answer that's true right now, with a timestamp to prove it. Second, our news pages aggregate headlines from hundreds of trusted local and national sources, always linking out to the original reporting. We point you to the journalists doing the work; we don't pretend to be them.
